I ordered one of these on the 13th Feb and had it by the 17th with a personalised message on the back - Nicole was great keeping me up to date with when I could expect to receive the heart as I had left it so late - the wedding being on the 20th!!!! The heart is chunky wood and is really lovely - I know my sister wil love it. So glad I found Kenzo Crafts - I will definately be back!
