Personalised handmade family tree keepsake.
Dimensions 30 x 10 cm.
Made from 9 mm birch ply.
The wording on this plaque is as follows:
Our families love is tied
together with heart strings.
It's painted in a vintage white chalk paint and edged in your chosen colour with the hanging hearts to match.
Each family members name is placed onto the wooden chalk painted hearts and then waxed for protection.
We add some jute string to enable wall hanging and it comes with a choice of bow finishes.

I got this as a little surprise for my mum, as all of her 4 Daughters are growing up and slowly leaving the house. I got it in the Red colour to match in with the kitchen and now it hangs pride of place. People who visit always comment on it. Thanks again.:D
