- New Change From 23rd March 2020 As per Paypal new legislation, if you choose to pay by Paypal and not Stripe or Amazon and require a refund due to an ordering error, I can no longer refund in full, as Paypal no longer refund me for the charge of processing your payment.However, if I'm refunding you because of an error of mine I will refund in full. Thank you for your understanding. Paypal currently charges 2.9% fee + fixed fee (30p) so this will be deducted from your refund.
- Can I purchase with a debit or credit card ?
Yes I take all major credit & debit cards please choose Stripe or Paypal at checkout
You can also use Amazon Pay at checkout too, all are encrypted and secure.
- Can I return a product?
Hopefully you'll never want or need too, but if you do, please email me first explaining why you would like to return your item. Please use the original packaging (where possible).
On receipt of the item, I will issue you with a full refund.
Please note postage cannot be refunded on returned items, unless faulty.
PLEASE NOTE personalised items cannot be returned unless a mistake has been made by me, so please make sure all spelling is correct when adding personalisation to your product.
- Can I pay by Cheque or Postal Order?
I no longer take cheques or postal orders (sorry)
The safest way to pay is online using my encrypted checkout options.
- Can I change the wording of an item?
Yes you can. Sometimes space is at a premium to add or change the wording but it is possible. Please email me with your requirements.
Bespoke orders are very popular and I'll always work with you to find a solution that you're happy with.
- How long does it take for my item to be made?
Dispatch times are updated as and when required, please check current dispatch times before payment, dispatch is set at the time you go through checkout
EG On the day you order if it states 5 working days it will be 5 working days before dispatch, if in 2 days it then states 10 working days your order will still be dispatched within 5 working days.
All my items are posted via Royal Mail or MyHermes.
When your order is of a certain value I will send it recorded at no extra cost to you.
Most items are sent through the postal system in padded envelopes which will pass through your letter box, however a lot of products are packed into rigid boxes to ensure safe delivery. Therefore they will not fit through standard letter boxes.
Please ensure you make the required arrangements once you receive a dispatched email from me. You will find our current rates for postage on our dispatch page.

- Gift wrapping service
On most of my listings you will see a gift wrapped box, if you choose yes & pay the small fee I will wrap your item in tissue paper or similar and tie with curling ribbon. You will also see another option that says 'text for gift wrapping (free)'. This is free and comes with the paid gift wrapping service or can be added free of charge in replace of your invoice.
Please note your product will not be wrapped with this free option but will be dispatched with your order in replace of the invoice. Your message is typed onto a A4 sheet of paper
NB I cannot split orders from one invoice.
