The wording on this plaque is as follows:

to the moon and back

Each child's name is placed onto the wooden stars, although if just one child you can have 'Love' 'Nicole' or a name and date. 

Your plaque is painted in a vintage white chalk paint and edged in your chosen colour with the stars to match.

Your text is cut from vinyl and once applied to the plaque it's waxed for protection.

This product comes with a choice of bows.
