Seven heart personalised family tree.

Dimensions 25 x 9 cm.

Made from 9 mm birch ply.

This plaque is painted in a vintage white chalk paint and edged in your chosen colour with hearts to match.

We cut the text from black vinyl and once applied to the wooden plaque and hearts it's waxed for protection.

The wording on the main plaque is as follows:

Our family's love is tied

together with heart strings.

It comes with threaded jute string to enable wall hanging.

You can choose your ribbon design.

My seven heart tree comes either in 7 hearts in a row or 2 cream hearts hanging then a further 5 hearts underneath on another row. If you have a preference please let me know.
