1.Can I purchase with a debit or credit card ?
Yes I take all major Credit & Debit cards please choose paypal option at checkout
You can also use Amazon Pay at checkout.
2.Can I return a product?
Of course! Please email me first explaining why you would like to return your item, then please use original packaging (where possible). On receipt of item, I will give full refund. P.P cannot be refunded on returned items, unless faulty.
PLEASE NOTE personalised items cannot be returned unless a mistake has been made by me, so please make sure all spelling is correct.
3.Can I pay by Cheque or Postal Order?
I no longer take cheques or postal orders.
The safest way to pay is online. I do not receive any of your payment details; only how you paid and what you have ordered.
4.Can I change the wording of item?
Yes, subject to space available on design, please email me with your requirements. Bespoke orders are very popular here at Kenzo Crafts. I can write anything you require on the plaques.
5.How long until you deliver?
Dispatch times are updated as and when required, please check current dispatch times before payment, dispatch is set at the time of your payment.
eg the day you order if it states 5 working days it will be 5 working days before dispatch, if in 2 days it then states 10 working days your order will still be dispatched within 5 working days from original payment.
All my items are posted via Royal Mail or local courier When your order is of a certain value I will send it recorded at no extra cost to you.
Most items are sent through the postal system in rigid boxes to ensure safe delivery. Therefore, they will not fit through standard letter boxes. Please ensure you make the required arrangements once you receive a dispatched email from me. You will find our current rates for postage on out updated dispatch page

7. Gift wrapping service
On most of my listings you will see a gift wrapped question. If you choose yes and pay the small fee I will wrap your item in tissue paper or similar and tie with curling ribbon. You will also see a text if a gift box on all listings. This is free and comes with the paid gift wrapping service or can be added free of charge in replace of your invoice, although your product will not be wrapped with this free option but will be dispatched with the order in replace of the invoice.
