Personalised hanging heart wooden keepsake gift plaque.
Dimensions: 23 x 9 cm (2 - 4 hearts)
25 x 9 cm (5 hearts) and 30 x 10 cm (6 - 11 hearts)
Made from 9 mm birch ply.
The wording is standard on the main plaque and is as follows:

You can have up to 11 hearts on this plaque each holding a family members name.
The plaque and hearts are painted in chalk paint and once the text is applied it's waxed for protection.
If you're ordering 8 and above hearts the first 2 names will be on vintage white hearts with the rest underneath in your chosen colour.
