On most of my listings you will see a an option to have your order gift wrapped. I will wrap your item in tissue paper or similar. You will also see another option that says 'gift note' This is a free service and comes with the paid gift wrapping service or can be added free of charge in replace of your invoice even if you don't have your order gift wrapped.

Your gift note is printed onto an A4 sheet on plain white paper.

Yes you can. Sometimes space is at a premium to add or change the wording but it is possible on a lot of my standard products.

Bespoke orders are very popular and I'll always work with you to find a solution that you're happy with.

Our dispatch times are updated regularly therefore please check current dispatch times before payment if you need your order before a certain time.

If you add a note to say I need this by the weekend & it's shorter than our current make times, the make times will always take priority unless you contact us first & we have discussed a faster dispatch for your order. We will always help where possible.

Orders are made in the order they arrive in my inbox unless you have arranged with me before purchase.

All my items are posted via Royal Mail or Evri

Most items are sent through the postal system in padded envelopes which will pass through your letter box, however a lot of products are packed into rigid boxes to ensure safe delivery. Therefore they will not fit through standard letter boxes.

Please ensure you make the required arrangements once you receive a dispatched email from me. You will find our current rates for postage on our current make times.

Hopefully you'll never want or need too but if you do, please email me first explaining why you would like to return your item. so I can advise you the best way to send it back.

You can return a non personalised item anytime within 30 days of purchase. Please use the original packaging (where possible) to return the item.

On receipt of the item, I will issue you with a full product refund.

Postage cannot be refunded on returned items, unless faulty.

Personalised items cannot be returned unless a mistake has been made by me, so please make sure all spelling is correct when adding personalisation to your product.

New Change From 23rd March 2020 As per Paypals new legislation, if you choose to pay by Paypal and require a refund due to an ordering error, I can no longer refund in full, as Paypal no longer refunds me for the charge of processing your payment. However, if I'm refunding you because of an error of mine I will always refund in full. Thank you for your understanding. Paypal currently charges 2.9% fee + fixed fee (30p) so this will be deducted from your refund.
