TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR KENZO CRAFTS

Please read the terms in full before you use this website. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use this website. Using the website implies that you accept these terms. We do occasionally update these terms so please refer back to them in the future.

If you have made a purchase from the design your own category and require more text than the plaque will allow, we take each order upon merit, eg plaque displayed says 'ma's kitchen' and you ask for 50 words instead, this will not fit and cancellation charges may apply, however if you ask for 20 words we may be able to design on a larger plaque and will inform you of additional costs, if you then choose to cancel you will be liable for a cancellation charge.

Personalised items are non returnable unless a mistake has been made by Kenzo Crafts in which you will be entitled to full refund or replacement.

DELIVERY

Delivery is usually by Royal Mail and all items posted have proof of posting, Some orders are sent recorded and some by different courier when the ocassion arises.

In the event of lost items it is our responsibility to track and find the said item, this can be a lengthy process, RM do not class an item lost until 15 working days from dispatch, longer when sending overseas, we will do our utmost to track your order and keep you up to date at all times, upon receipt of refund from RM we will refund all payments made back to the customer via payment method originally used where applicable and if able to do so.

REFUNDS

It is our policy to refund in full within 30 days of receipt of said item and in a re-saleable condition.

Cancellation charges will apply if using the PAYPAL payment gateway, these charges will apply if you decide to cancel your order with no exemptions.

PAYPAL charges us a fee for processing your payment and no longer refund us when issuing our customers a full refund thus the new measures.

Paypal currently charges 2.9% fee + fixed fee (30p) so this will be deducted from your refund.
