The main plaque, made from sturdy birch wood, is expertly crafted to proudly display your family surname. Below it, you'll find a collection of small, wooden hearts, each one carefully painted with vintage white chalk paint and edged in your choice of colour to match the main plaque.

To ensure that each name is clearly visible, we use vinyl to cut out the text and protect it with wax. And if you're looking to add an extra touch of personalisation, you can choose to include one or two additional wooden hearts, along with a bow in the colour of your choice.

For families with seven or more members, the first two names will be painted in white, with the rest in your chosen colour.
