Surprise a grandparent with a heartfelt gift - an expertly handcrafted wooden keepsake plaque that comes in a variety of chalk paint colours.

The plaque bears the words "(Name choice) House: Where Grandchildren are Treasured," with the added touch of painted wooden hearts bearing the names of up to 12 grandchildren.

If you have more than 7 names, the first two will be on white hearts in the centre, with the rest on hearts painted in the same colour as your chosen chalk paint.

The size of the plaque varies from 23-30cm (excluding the hearts), and you can select the number of hearts needed to accommodate the names.

Each heart can only accommodate one name, with a maximum of 9 letters per name.
