Single Heart To Add To Our Personalised Handmade Hanging Heart Keepsakes

If in the past you have purchased one of my hanging heart keepsakes & need a new heart to add to it, you're in the right place.

Ideally, you need to send me a picture of the hanging heart keepsake you have already as they have come in different fonts & colours over the years. So where possible you will get an exact match.

Your heart will come in the font shown with the same decoration. Unless you have sent me an email with a picture of your keepsake.

You will receive one heart with drilled holes and jute added. With your chosen colour & name added. They are presented in a small organza bag.

Please note I cannot be responsible for creating an exact match in colour or size of the font used due to them being originally bespoke products.
