Personalised Aluminium Pet Memorial Plaques

Our pets are so special to us, so when we lose them it needs to be a special keepsake to remember them by.

These aluminium plaques come in 3 different designs and are personalised with your pets name.

The plaques are 20 x 14cm in size and are provided without holes as they are light and can be attached to most surfaces using sticky pads (not included).

There are three different poems to choose from for the wording of the plaque.

Poem 1 reads "Just saying goodbye for a while. Till we meet again at the Rainbow Bridge".

Poem 2 says "You were our favourite hello and our hardest goodbye".

Poem 3 reads "When tomorrow starts without me, don’t think we’re far apart, for every time you think of me I’m right here in your hearts".

You can place these plaques inside or outside your home.
